When you sign up for Orea using your Instagram account, we collect your Instagram profile information, including your username, profile picture, and public information associated with your Instagram account.
1.2. Chatbot Interaction Data
We collect information about your interactions with the Chatbot, including the messages exchanged and any actions taken within the App.
1.3 Payment Information
When you make a payment through our App, we collect transaction information which may include your name, the amount paid, and other billing details. However, all sensitive cardholder data, like full credit card numbers or CVC codes, is handled by our third-party payment processor, Revolut, ensuring secure data transmission as per their privacy policy, to which you are encouraged to refer. Revolut abides by stringent standards of security and confidentiality, and we deploy secure communication methods provided by Revolut to transmit this data.
2. Use of Cookies
Our services may use cookies and other tracking technologies for functioning, optimization, and analytics purposes. You may set your browser to refuse all cookies or indicate when a cookie is being sent. If you refuse cookies, some features of our services might not function properly or remain accessible. We obtain explicit consent from users before deploying cookies.

2.2 Likeness Creation
The information and content from your Instagram account are used to generate a Chatbot resembling your likeness. We do not use this information for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

We may use your email address or other contact information to send you service-related notifications, updates, and promotional materials. You can opt-out of receiving promotional communications at any time.
3. Information Sharing and Disclosure
3.1 Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers, including our payment processor, Revolut, who assists us in operating and improving Orea. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are only authorized to use your information as necessary to provide services to Orea.
3.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, or investigate and prevent potential illegal activities.
3.3 Cross-Border Data Transfers
As our third-party payment processor Revolut is based in the Lithuania, any payment-related data will be transferred to the Lithuania. This transfer happens in compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS), and measures ensuring adequate protection of your data in accordance with applicable legal requirements, such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
4.4 Aggregated and Non-Identifiable Information
We may share aggregated and non-identifiable information with third parties for various purposes, such as analytics, research, or marketing.

This includes the use of encryption, SSL, and other measures to secure data. For payment-related data, we rely on Revolut's advanced security measures. We adhere to Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS) outlaid by Revolut and do not store sensitive cardholder data on our own servers. We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
